Active users exhibited a steady increase, rising from around 30.2M in early July to over 30.5M by the end of September.

Telegram Messenger experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, reaching 105K in the first week of September. Active users also grew significantly, starting at 10.2M in late June and ending at approximately 10.7M in the last week of September.
